Frequently Asked Questions
Is this mobility scooter right for me?
This scooter is designed for everyday errands, neighborhood outings, parks, and travel. Before purchasing, check the rider weight limit, seat dimensions, overall width, folded size, and heaviest lifting weight to make sure it fits both the rider and the person loading it.
What are the three speed settings?
Choose from three speed modes: approximately 2.5 mph, 3.7 mph, and 5.0 mph (4 km/h, 6 km/h, and 8 km/h). New riders can begin with the lowest setting and move up as they become more comfortable.
What happens when I turn or release the throttle?
The scooter automatically reduces speed while turning to help the maneuver feel more controlled. When you release the throttle, the scooter begins to slow and stop. Actual stopping distance varies with speed, rider and cargo weight, road surface, and incline.
How far can I travel on one charge?
The maximum rated range is up to 25 km per charge under test conditions. Actual range can vary based on rider and cargo weight, speed mode, hills, road surface, temperature, battery condition, and frequent starting or stopping.
Does it fold and fit in a car trunk?
The scooter folds into a more compact form for transport and storage. Remove the rear storage box before loading, and compare the confirmed folded dimensions and heaviest lifting weight with your vehicle’s trunk opening before purchase.
What surfaces can I ride on?
It is intended for everyday surfaces such as paved sidewalks, neighborhood roads, park paths, and firm, compact ground. Avoid deep mud, loose sand, large potholes, standing water, steep slopes, and any surface that may reduce wheel traction or stability.
