Shipping policy

At Homevol, we are committed to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery for every customer.

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses to ensure faster delivery across the contiguous United States. Most in-stock products are dispatched within 48 hours, and the estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.

Currently, we only ships within the continental United States. And we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours (working days) after payment confirmation.

Estimated Shipping Time:

Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please note that products containing lithium batteries or electronic components (such as ice makers and charging accessories) may occasionally require additional safety inspection during transportation, which could result in minor delivery delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team at support@homevol.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment status and provide an updated delivery solution as soon as possible.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery, including: FedEx/UPS/USPS etc. The carrier is selected automatically based on the delivery address and warehouse location.

Free Shipping

Homevol provides FREE standard shipping for all orders. No minimum purchase is required. 

All orders are shipped from local or regional warehouses. Customers within the continental United States are not required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO / FPO military addresses, P.O. Boxes.

If your address falls within these areas, we recommend contacting our customer support team before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order using the following steps:

·Visit our website and go to the Track Order page.

·Enter your order number or tracking number.

·Click the Track Order button to view the delivery status.

Please note:

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and each package will have its own tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including: Severe weather conditions, Carrier transportation delays, Peak shopping seasons, Safety inspections for shipments containing lithium batteries, etc.

If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
