We aim to provide you with a seamless and satisfying shopping experience at Homevol. To ensure clarity on our returns, exchange, and warranty services, please read the following policy carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer free return and exchange shipping for all eligible items with no extra service fee. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the entire process. All returns and exchanges are subject to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Specific Return/Exchange Conditions

We handle returns and exchanges differently based on whether the product is shipped or not, or if you simply no longer want the item after delivery:

1. Stocked Product Not Yet Dispatched.

If you place an order for a stocked product and request a cancellation/return before we dispatch the item, we will process a full refund of the product value to your original payment method.

2. Product Received but No Longer Wanted.

If you have already received the item and wish to return it simply because you no longer want it, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.

3. Items Received with Damages or Defects.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund, and all shipping costs will be covered by Homevol.

Please Note:

The returned product must in its original, undamaged condition (with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact). After we receive and verify the item’s condition, we will process your refund in accordance with our Returns Policy. All return shipping costs are covered by us for eligible requests.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service at support@homevol.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide a free return shipping label.

Ship the item back to our warehouse using the provided label.

Once we receive and inspect the item in its original condition, we will process your exchange or refund immediately. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
