Homevol products come with a comprehensive warranty to guarantee your peace of mind. All warranty claims must be submitted through our customer service team.

1.1-Year Manufacturer Warranty for Main Unit

We warrant that the main unit of our products is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery. If the main unit experiences quality issues within this period, we will provide a free replacement at no cost to you.

2. 2-Year Warranty for Battery

The battery of our products is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. If the battery fails due to quality issues within this period, we will replace it free of charge.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accidental drop, water exposure, misuse, or improper maintenance;

Damage from unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair by third parties;

Normal wear and tear of consumable parts;

Products with invalid or missing purchase proof.
